Guernsey County is officially "The Sticks"
Not quite banjo and moonshine territory, but pretty damn close to it.
Wonder what the hell he was doing out there? And rumors online are it may have been a minor.

Eagles' Josh Sills indicted on rape, kidnapping charges in Ohio

Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Josh Sills was indicted on one count of rape and one count of kidnapping in Ohio on Wednesday, the state’s attorney general announced.

Sills, 25, was indicted on one count of rape and one count of kidnapping, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Guernsey County Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden said in a news release. Both charges are first-degree felonies.

The indictment stems from an incident in December 2019. Sills allegedly "engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will," officials said. The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation after the alleged crime was immediately reported.

The indictment comes days before the Eagles are set to play in Super Bowl LVII. Sills was a rookie in 2022, and he played in one regular season game.
Philly fans everywhere are like "Who?"

He played 4 snaps this season. All on special teams. Undrafted rookie.

6'6"; 325 lbs

Interesting that the incident happened 3+ years ago and we are just hearing about it now. He is due to appear in court 4 days before the Super Bowl. That can't be a coincidence.

That's where he's from. Corn-fed Ohio farm boy.

When this happened in 2019 he would have been 21.

He played at West Virginia in 2017 and 2018.

Interestingly, he only played in 2 games in 2019 (shoulder injury)

Transferred to Oklahoma State for his Jr (2020) and Sr (2021) seasons.

Ok. My butthurt over the Bengals/Chiefs game has subsided.

Let's see those Super Bowl predictions.

PHI is favored by 1.5
O/U is 51

So that's...
PHI 26.25
KC 24.75

I got...
PHI 27
KC 17

I think State Farm pulls some miracles out of his ass like usual, but the Philly D ends up being too much for him.

Hurts throws for 1 and runs for 1.
Sanders gets the other TD on the ground.

KC's TDs are Kelce and Pacheco.

MVP: Hurts

And I'll add that I'm happy that Ken Riley finally got the respect he deserves by getting into the Hall of Fame.

Probably the best DB you've never heard of just because he played in the media desert of Cincinnati for his entire career.

15 years. 207 games. 65 INTs.
5 of those returned for TDs.

The 65 INTs puts him 5th all time.
More than Ed Reed.
More than Darrell Green.
More than Deon Sanders.
More than Ty Law.

Dude's last season was 1983, so he's been eligible since 1989.

But they waited until now to put him in.
He died 3 years ago.

I'm glad he's in. Irritated it took so long.
