They had the fix
It was always giing their way
Not sure why we didn't direct that last punt to the sidelines. Can't risk a return there. Then the moronic late hit on State Farm.

The calls felt lopsided for sure, but the game was there to at least get it to OT if the Bengals stay disciplined.

They paid good money for that win imo

  • Kelce Brothers in SB
  • 2 black QBs for first time ever
  • 2 storied franchises

They definitely got the game they preferred, but I'll stop short of calling it fixed. It was there for the Bengals to win. They didn't execute.

If the Bengals can sure up the offensive line and get a LBer or two, they are going to be tough the next couple of years.

They’re going to have to give burrow 50 million a season and lose the befits of a rookie QB contract. Reality is they will lose more players than they will be able to gain.

Their LBs are solid. Love Wilson and Pratt.
Gotta fix that line for sure.

And their D line usually gets decent pressure. They got NOTHING yesterday.

Their defense has a lot of guys coming up on contract. Going to be interesting to see who they elect to keep. Can't keep them all.

Higgins is here for 1 more year. After that he'll probably go be a #1 with another club. My assumption is they'll try to lock down Burrow and Chase as the big dawgs long term.

The defense will get worse as they can't sign everyone. Gotta reload with the draft. The o-line needs to improve - my hope is they'll get the "do you wanna get a ring" discount with some established free agents.

Their o-line had 3 backups playing yesterday.

Worth a shot
Kind of have to pull some desperate shit to try and salvage the franchise dignity after paying 4.5 billion dollars for it or whatever

He is a good coach, would have preferred harbaugh.

The loss of another pick is alright, why not

Eagles' Josh Sills indicted on rape, kidnapping charges in Ohio

Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Josh Sills was indicted on one count of rape and one count of kidnapping in Ohio on Wednesday, the state’s attorney general announced.

Sills, 25, was indicted on one count of rape and one count of kidnapping, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Guernsey County Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden said in a news release. Both charges are first-degree felonies.

The indictment stems from an incident in December 2019. Sills allegedly "engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will," officials said. The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation after the alleged crime was immediately reported.

The indictment comes days before the Eagles are set to play in Super Bowl LVII. Sills was a rookie in 2022, and he played in one regular season game.

Guernsey County is officially "The Sticks"
Not quite banjo and moonshine territory, but pretty damn close to it.
