He's reminding me of Chase Claypool 2.0

Remember a few years ago when the Browns knocked the Steelers out of the playoffs and Chase Claypool was saying afterwards that the Browns were trash, and not a good team, etc....Idiot...they just sent you to Cancun for the season.

Id be all for grabbing Danny Dimes as a backup in Baltimore...

But only at backup money.

Remember Trent Baalke said that they over pay FAs because they need to start winning to attract even more FAs. Well how has that worked out for them?

Most GMs know FAs are most of the time meant to wither push you over the hump for a playoff run or to fill in needs so that you dont have to over reach in the draft. Not Trent Baalke though....he over pays FAs to attract more FAs who will be expensive.

Just like every receiver the Steelers have had since Hines Ward
Remember when Plaxico Burress had a diving catch his rookie season then stood up and spiked the live ball?

LMAO.

Although my favorite Plax moment was when he was suspended 2 seasons for ahooting HIMSELF. I thnk he was with the Giants by then but we can still make fun of Pittsburgh for it.

Ian Rappaport is pissed he got outted as being a hack journalist. Hears one story (even if it's from a direct source) and does not get a second source to back it up before posting. Then gets proven wrong and is bitter about it for 6 years.

All these guys care about who reports first not who reports accurately. That’s why there’s so many fuck ups. I’ll never forgive Chris Mortensen for fucking up the deflategate report because the errant initial report is what people believed. Even months later, he didn’t take down his tweet about it even when he admitted on air that it was incorrect.

Sort of a shit slate for the NFL today.
5 of the 11 games have a spreads of over 7, which is bit rare in the NFL.
2 of those are over 10 pts. (DAL @ WAS; KC @ CAR)

Best game on paper is probably SF @ GB.

Cardinals @ Seahawks might be OK but it's the Cardinals and the Seahawks so who gives a fuck.

Blame the NFL for players going low on tackles
TJ ward was a beast and a great player

Pats had Rodney Harrison for years so they can't complain about hard hitting safeties
No, that team were knee hunters. They did it to multiple people. Even when they didn’t need to. They took out Caroline’s big receiver, the same way. I can’t remember his name right now. Big tall physical dude.
