Miami is never going to win anything in this day and age, because it's Miami.

That place has always been a cocaine infused shit show....hell, even their coaches have been caught doing cocaine at the facility.

Their head coach i swear looks like a guy that sells drugs in a dairy queen parking lot.
Their QB is one more hit away from literally dying on the field, or turning into a lobotomy patient.

Hill needs to go. Apparently he carried a wrist injury through the season instead of having surgery, which might explain his high number of dropped passes and poor form. What cannot be explained away is the fact that he quit on the team during the last game of the season, that's inexcusable.

Tua is a top 10 NFL QB in my opinion - when he is healthy. Unfortunately he's fragile, and that rules him out as a long term starter.

You mentioned regime change, IMO it's GM Chris Grier who needs to go. He's been in that position since 2016, has at least as many misses as hits in the draft, and is responsible for going into 2024 with zero experience at the backup QB position and one of the worst OLs in the league - given the starting QB's known fragility, that's a baffling decision.

I like Mike McDaniel and I'd like to see what he could do with a competent GM and his own choice of QB, but that's unlikely to happen. Grief has already been confirmed as remaining in his post in 2025.

It is good for the league to have somebody else win the SB.
Up to the AFC to keep them out of the 1# seed/playoffs and the SB next year to really shake it up, the off season will be interesting. Kelce has always been so huge during their run and he is certainly fading, and they are starting to have less extra money to spend on filling needs via FA.

Philly looks like they will have that stacked roster for a few more years, serious problem
