Nailed it. Georgia should've been throwing bottles at tex with every other conference member joining in.

The Vandy qb asked Manziel to come and watch a game this year if he had time. This week would be the perfect week to do so imo.

Indiana is quietly dominating
Indiana is going to make the playoffs if they make it past Washington this week. tOSU will be their only big test which they'll probably lose but it won't matter. They'll be in.

I'm already loving this 12 team playoff more than I could've imagined.

I honestly dont see what the big deal was. It was a shit call and the crew had time to change their minds, which we want happening.

1) everyone agrees it was a bad call. Happens in football, UGA has been on the other side of those. Every team has
2) it's not a reviewable play, so it was overturned on the field. That's incredibly rare
3) "the crew had time to change their minds" sums up the problem.
4) I can guarantee now, in retrospect, every single UGA fan and player is happy it was changed. Zero doubt now Texas lost and no crying about hypothetical "what ifs?"
5) Etienne scored a TD and they missed that call. Haven't seen any Texas fans bitching about it.

The call was probably the correct call but the way it was reached was beyond ridiculous. Sets a horrible precedent. Something you should be aware of. You're literally the first person I've seen take the other side and I've talked with whorn friends and family. They're all disgusted with how that all played out.

I dont see an issue in any of those points, whether you agree with them or not.

Bad optics but the contrary is well we realize we made a mistake but if we change it, it looks like we did it just because of the crowd, guess we gotta leave it. That would be worse. Getting the call right should happen independently of whatever anyone else is doing at the time.

And without the 10 minutes it took to calm those crybabies down and stop throwing shit the crew has to stick with the call they made. You're just playing devil's advocate. I'll leave this alone.

Even if true, it would be ridiculous to have some unwritten rule that you can't use your brain or make decisions during a crowd issue because bad optics. But we dont even know thats what happened. Anyhow, we disagree, it is fine.

And they reviewed it!

Matrix @Matrix you tried to warn us but something stinky af was afoot in that 2nd half Saturday. It reminded me of how the ACC office is in to win it for Miami on every close call.

This guy covers the SEC but full disclosure is a Georgia grad. Pretty good synopsis of Texas and their influence. The leagues statement is about as egregious as the call reversal.

Oh just wait. Ask every team that's been around them. It always seems to work like this. I'd bet money that the guy that came up and changed/helped change that call is a sip fan. Tinfoil hat not needed. I've seen it for too many years for it to be a conspiracy.

The head refs son attended or currently attends Texas according to the above video. And that violates a conference rule.

See... I didn't even need to watch it (I really haven't lol). Bama taking a step back isn't going to help either.

The only solution to the injustice of Texas being allowed into the SEC is for A&M to go back to the Big 12. That'll show 'em! All the SEC teams will see they FAFOed and all the Georgia and Alabama fans will learn to respect the Fightin' Texas Aggies.
