My favorite thread from the OG and I had to recreate it here.

I rewatched Tremors last night and it might get better every time I watch it. It’s the perfect reimagining of a 1950s creature feature but with the early 1990s charm. Anything else fall into a similar category?

The Relic kicks ass. I have a soft spot for 90s horror/scifi even if a lot of them suck. But The Relic is definitely better than most.

The Strangers is one of the best horror movies I've seen in our time. The 2nd one was good but not as good as the 1st obviously. The Halloween series will always be the GOAT IMO. Loved the 1st one from the last 3 made but 2nd one got worse and the 3rd was shitty as fuck lol...

It’s really hard to beat the Halloween franchise when it comes to slashers. I saw the first one when I was younger in the middle of the day on cable (so edited) and it scared the shit out of me. I like pretty much all of them except for Resurrection, but J agree the last 2 installments were weak. I wonder when we’ll get another?

I bought this bluray totally blind and just got around to watching it. This is some weird and somewhat entertaining shit. The main character is a Marty McFly ripoff that puts some farmhand out with the weakest RNC I’ve ever seen. It has gore but no boobs. There is this creepy children’s song that will definitely get stuck in your head. I think it’s streaming on Tubi.

One of the best horror/scifi remakes ever. I put it right up there with The Thing in terms of best remakes.
