I live in the suburbs of Detroit rather than the actual city, but yeah my yard is way bigger than the average yard around here.
That must take quite a while to mow. I think you have the first city yard I've seen that I'd be willing to buy a ride on mower for.
I actually was not going to buy the house for that exact reason. But it is only a couple blocks from my parents house and my stepdad wanted an excuse to buy a commercial riding mower. So he said if I bought the house he would mow the lawn as long as I took care of gas. Even with his mower it still takes a good half hour or so.
Now thats a deal right there.
It was a win/win for everyone, I get super cheap lawncare and he got to spend 7 grand on a lawn mower without mom freaking out (much)

I did. And it was a great offer, absolutely fantastic. I gave them an offer so good you wouldn't even believe your eyes it was so good.
Believe me my offer was huge, and trust me, there's no problem in that department.
