I'm curious if you can have a section that would let you put certain threads in it while also keeping them in the section they were posted to.

I like the MMA Pictures and Multimedia section on sherdog. It's no use for active topics but it is really useful for listing a lot of the MMA related multimedia threads, making them easier to find, especially as I think many of us have auto-watch on for our replies and have hundreds of threads in our watched section.

I'm confident I can persuade bigwaverider to come over and do one, and his shoops are some of the most technical out there, as can be seen by a ton of his submissions I've shared to my Shoops from Sherdog thread, and of course on sherdog. He's constantly trying to learn new things and some of his art projects not related to MMA are amazing too.

I'm just trying to encourage some interest in shooping and I think the community would participate

Maybe a series of "How to" would be better? People who are interested but never tried could get some great info insread of relying on others asking some queztions, just an idea. He could open with recommended programs both free and pay them do a step by step for photos then some for gifs. Bounce some ideas of him and see what he's feeling.

This is sort of stupid and will get hate but whatever. The porn part of this site although nice to look at is not in my opinion needed. We as a group try to portray respect for the fighters and the sport. If a thread is tweeted out and someone not from here reads it then wonders what else is on here then stumbles upon a gaped anus thread, I think it's not needed. I think this site is classy and should remain classy. If you want to see fisting and cum shots then there are 1000's of other sites you can go to, not here. If members want to share pics or videos then do it in pm.

Like I said, this won't be the popular opinion but I think the higher ups need to look at this a little.

Site is cheap right now. It's low enough that it's a non-issue though we would like everything to carry itself. I haven't really talked about the cost, because it's not a real issue at the moment. I moved our host and made the compromise on off-site image hosting to lower our overhead so we can remain viable for the long-term.

Shirts and donations in the first 2 months paid for about 4 months of server costs. Then that slowed down.

Current shirts and donations are on track to pay for about 20% of the cost. Profit? Ha

I think part of the problem is no one knows that the site is behind from low donations/tshirt sales. I know I didn't. A little meter below the donation button with a link to show costs would help imo. I know you said Cloudflare caused problems in the past do you know what exactly it broke? With page rules you could have all the images stored in a location and just cache those and you should be able to bring back local images without messing with any other content.
