a few episodes in the middle were slower. but that may have just been a function of burnout, having watched a bunch yesterday
regardless, it ended strong

I never got into that show. I wanted to like it, but it just didn't click. I liked Paul Giamatti, thought he played a good part. Didn't like the main guy, and noped right out when the trans character gained more prominence and became the superhuman genius who was not only much, much better at everything than everybody else, but who was also the infallible moral centre of the show.

I have about 30 different Korean shows on my To Watch list, across four different platforms. I won't watch them dubbed, so I can't do background watching while I work.
