He should go back to K-Kwik and get Rowdy!Rapping, kid-friendly R-Truth was the worst. He could never keep the timing of his own entrance music.

and you think that's going to last more than a week?Except that his Ron Cena shirt was one of the top sellers in the entire company when this whole shitshow happened.
2.6 million viewers is nowhere close to 600k. So, no. No one thinks Dynamite is getting the same viewership. By the way, during the leadup to Truth/Cena, SD viewership decreased to some of its lowest numbers in years, so....All of WWE's ratings are in the toilet. By many calculations, Raw - their flagship show - is getting roughly the same total viewers as fucking Dynamite...which is a complte train wreck.
That's the rumor. We'll have to see if anyone wants to see him if the comedy is gone.Hopefully now that he's "Ron Killings", this will be a version of the tougher, more aggressive guy we saw in early TNA
I hope he can’t remember if he’s a heel or baby face. That's the rumor. We'll have to see if anyone wants to see him if the comedy is gone.
Where are you getting that number from? When I went to look up a YouTube video for his return, I don't see one.View attachment 162917
I mean if that don't count as moving the needle, I don't know what does. Keep that up for another day or two, and he might break CM Punk's record.
Smart move.**Supposedly** part of R-Truth’s contract was that he use his real name. That way after he eventually departs he can use his name freely in other promotions and appearances as a “former WWE star”.
To be honest I have no idea how they come up with those engagement numbers. You see the WWE Short has like 3.something million views, and the full vid another million and a half, and then the same for their Facebook, or whatever. So it's across ALL social media of which there are too many for me to care to count. And I don't know if it includes only the video themselves, or reactions/posts-about-it/memes, etc.Where are you getting that number from? Punk's return has like 100-150m on just YouTube, bruv.To be honest I have no idea how they come up with those engagement numbers. But that is what people keep parroting. In fact now they saying over 50m in 36 hours. We'll see tonight on RAW if they spotlight it, because during the RAW recaps of the PLE's, WWE absolutely loves to show off their engagement numbers.
I do know that even MLB got in on the action for another 1.5m.

Yeah, now. The standards being used from the posts I was quoting were in "x amount of days" not just all time, otherwise temporal bias wins every time. So at the end of T-giving weekend, within 48 hours was 71m for Punk.Punk's return has like 100-150m on just YouTube, bruv.
Also near in mind, that when you're talking about someone as a draw, you're also assuming it'll be sustainable. Two years out, Punk still does big numbers. I don't see Truth getting big numbers two weeks from now.Yeah, now. Punk return draws 71M fans to WWE platforms
The return of wrestler CM Punk over the weekend helped WWE grab more than 71 million viewers across its platforms, making it the biggest social post in the sports entertainment company's history.www.espn.com
So Truth was only having a shot of overtaking him if:
1) the numbers people were posting were accurate
2) If the engagement kept up the current rate and didn't fall off (which it obviously did)
Oh 100%, same here. Grass roots vs astro-turfed, etc. That could account for a lot of it as well (again assuming numbers are accurate).Anecdotally, I'm being spammed with "Click here to watch R-Truth surprise return!!!" by the Facebook wrestling pages more than anything I've ever seen before including anything Rock, Punk or Cena related from the last two years.
Corporate Punk vs Punished Ron Killings would make for a great program. Also near in mind, that when you're talking about someone as a draw, you're also assuming it'll be sustainable. Two years out, Punk still does not numbers. I don't see Truth getting big numbers two weeks from now.

It also has 13.6m views on Blacked.comWell, doing just a little quick looking, it looks like the Truth returning vids have roughly have a million views on IG, 6.8 million on TikTok, 5.2 million on youtube, 5.5 million on twitter, etc.
That's just the main WWE account, and the WWE on USA channel on youtube. Who knows how many other additional / related channels & accounts they're adding into all that, as well.
Him or Cena.Truth is also supposed to be on Raw tonight. You gotta think he'd open the show, right?
Good call. So much for corporate Punk fantasy throwing the mic flag away. lolHim or Cena.
