Right on your private property you may briefly have your gun loaded, how must it be stored? It depends on who you are. For the average PAL holder, on your property.

If it's in your possession? It doesn't have to be.Right on your private property you may briefly have your gun loaded, how must it be stored?
No I’m not. It would have been illegal for him to be out there with a gun like that in Canada, which taints many Canadians’ perspective automatically, in the states it was kosher. I never said he’d be guilty of murder here. Maybe manslaughter, but I’m not a lawyer. I was relating to @Freeloading Rusty the cultural differences. You're also using a false equivalence to try to prove your point @Lars
Yes so you can carry your gun on you all the time loaded in your house, maybe even on your front lawn but if it’s in the open you’re getting a visit from the cops. Can you take it into town during a riot?If it's in your possession? It doesn't have to be.
It is false equivalence because what he was carrying is the equivalent of a non-restricted firearm here.No I’m not. It would have been illegals for him to be out there with a gun like that in Canada
According to the firearms act? You could technically take it (cased, unloaded) into to town. Based on case law, taking out, loading it and using it for self defense, you'd be found not guilty of criminal use, although you might end up with some sort of unsafe storage charge. The Stanley case comes to mind. Can you take it into town during a riot?
What was he carrying? It’s not on Trudeau’s bant list? You still can’t carry an unrestricted gun loaded in public. Unloaded yes, but you’re gonna get a talking to from the cops.It is false equivalence because what he was carrying is the equivalent of a non-restricted firearm here.

Trudeau's bant list is irrelevant. In America they have registered and unregistered firearms. His was unregistered as it's length dictates it to be an appropriate gun for hunting and not an "assault rifle".What was he carrying? It’s not on Trudeau’s bant list?
Yes, you definitely can. When you can't it's generally dictated by bylaws, Parliament Hill comes to mind. You still can’t carry an unrestricted gun loaded in public.
Because you're being an arrogant Canadian. It doesn't suit you.i don’t know why you’re being like this.
You cannot walk around in public with a loaded gun. You could have it loaded and carry it openly in the bush hunting, walking back from hunting, walking from your house to your car, walking back from your car to your house, shit like that. You cannot open carry a loaded firearm in an urban setting like say, Waterloo which is equivalent in size to Kenosha. Stop yanking my chain you cyber bully.Trudeau's bant list is irrelevant. In America they have registered and unregistered firearms. and is that because of the Firearms Act, or because of a local ordnance? Here's a hint, it's not the firearms act. Crown land is public...You cannot walk around in public with a loaded gun. You missed my coke fuelled shit posting days, they were legendary. Now I just sober shitpost and it isn’t the same but people tolerate it for the love they once bore me.
Tread carefully, lars is a shark.I like you just the way you are lars.
AgreedTread carefully, lars is a shark.
Unreal
I agree, of course the video I posted was doctored, some game or another.Unreal
Seems like such a successful and productive distraction from my perspective
Kyle was within rights, don't get me wrong...but this was pushed to the spotlight for further divide and conquer IMO
You’re being purposefully obtuse. No one considers the Forest “in public,” and I was speaking colloquially. Crown land is the property of Canada and you are allowed to be there as a member of the public and open carry to hunt, it’s also all rural and wilderness. Take it out in town and see what happens.and is that because of the Firearms Act, or because of a local ordnance? Here's a hint, it's not the firearms act. Crown land is public...
How do you see to type with your nose so far up in the air? You’re being purposefully obtuse. No one considers the Forest “in public,” and I was speaking colloquially. also I will talk about the states how I want to, it’s based on my experience actually living there. It’s a shithole. So is Canada, for some of but also different reasons. They both suck. How’s that for an arrogant Canadian?
