Hard to say. I have Grand mal seizures and can't tell.

You can tell after they pass out: lift an arm and let it fall over their face. If they really had a seizure, they won't move the arm and it will fall on their face.

i've never seen anyone roll on their back and straight crack their head with intent like that, or flop one leg straight up.

i'm not an expert, but my uncle gets seizures from brain trauma, my niece has diabetic seizures (and I've seen several others), my oldest used to get fibrial seizures.

everything about that looks staged. She hits her head until someone puts their hand on it, then she never jerks her head straight back again.

that's not how involuntary muscle spasms work. @Splinty, @Shinkicker, @SC MMA MD?

I usually have thirty seconds or so to take a klonopin, set aside my glasses, and lay down.

I might be able to tell if it looks really fake. But I've had a RN declare a seizure "fake" as I was being wheeled by, having one. A friend who works as a PCT in that unit was there to hear it.

All you’ve been able to do is point out you can carry a loaded gun on crown land or when hunting or your property or the range. You’re trying to twist this into something it’s not. You can’t carry a loaded gun into the setting Rittenhouse legally did down there, my point remains unscathed despite you’re attempted manipulation of the conversation.

you can’t escalate force here in self defense, only respond with the same level of force. A skateboard and a gun are obviously deadly weapons. I dont know how the Rosenbaum incident would be interpreted.

the point remains I never said he would be guilty of murder, just that him taking a gun to a riot taints most Canadians perspectives. You could easily make a case for negligence and endangerment for him showing up there with a loaded gun and carrying it in the open, however.
