How much do the other people around her weigh?
Woman to her right looks about 145. Guy behind around 190. Black guy about 175-180
from a photo she posted a few days ago she doesn't look that big to me. She actually looks the same as she always does in between fights. Liev Schreiber is the dude by the way. He's 6'3" and weighs about 195 lbs if anyone wants to break out a ruler and a protractor to do some computer screen measuring and calculating.
The woman beside her weighs about 134 lbs. The heels make her look taller and gives the impression she would weigh more .
The dude behind her weighs well over 200 lbs. Look at his gut and three chins.
The black guy is about 180-185 lbs.

Anyway, Ronda is 150ish in fight shape and she gets visibly heavier between fights, as seen in the OP. So we know she is over 150 in the pic.

We might need to recalculate. Now the black dude looks to be about 220-230 lbs. I still say the fat dude in blue is over 200.

They didn't have a 135 division until they made one for her.
But 135 is a better weight class for her. At 145, Cyborg will have a lean weight advantage
That's not true. When the UFC acquired strikeforce in 2011 they decided to keep the women's 135 lb division and scrap the 145 lb division. They told Cyborg they wanted to do away with her division because it lacked enough talent and enough fights to keep her busy. They asked her to drop down to 135 lbs and she agreed it was in her best interest to do so and said she would try her best. So to make a long story short, they didn't create a new division for Ronda. The division already existed and Ronda was already the champion.

Considering Cyborg wouldn't have a problem fighting at 170 lbs, I would have to agree about the weight advantage.
