Is it just me or is Russia doing very badly?
If reports are true, yea. I still think they’re probing. They’re effective at either basically carpet bombing somewhere or just sending in wave after wave of troops, I don’t think precision exercises are their thing at all.

I think historically big armies are just really bad at asymmetrical warfare.

My sense is yes, but it's also far too early to really tell. I mean we are two days in and they are already fighting in Kiev. It's not like they haven't made gains.

The western media narrative has been 'we expected Kiev to collapse immediately and it hasn't, therefore Russia is losing' but we don't know what the Russians actually planned for.

Maybe the resistance and losses they've faced was entirely expected. Maybe not.

Anyone try and watch India Today? It’s like playing an arcade game while getting shitty info.

Reddit autoplay is fucking up muh user experience
One other thing that fucks things up is the way live threads work.

It's fine if I'm up to date, but if I log on and have a bunch of pages to catch up on, things get screwy. The new posts appear automatically at the bottom of the page I'm scrolling on, not the last page, meaning I'll suddenly get posts answering questions that I haven't yet seen asked, or posting about things I haven't seen.
