I can’t say that. I can say there was one weapon being fired. Everything I expect to hear is there. Any vet saying otherwise was never actually shot at, sorry.

Why would a guy that was going to do something like this...with no military background, no real gun experience, and allegedly a plan to kill masses of people before taking his own life, care about using a flash suppressor? Doesn't make sense to me.

Why would he use bump fire when semi-auto would have probably netted him more kills? No one really knows.

No, they went to the 32nd because of the security guard that was shot outside the room, they knew forsure that floor had a shooter
The others were reports and I assume other cops were sent to check there but I don't know for sure

Maybe he didn't use any of the firearms shown in those photos. Or maybe he just snapped at age 64, bought $500k worth of machine guns, modified them all to fully auto, snuck 20+ of them into a hotel room, and did this. Hopefully we find out what really happened.
 
We also have to remember that most of the videos we are analyzing are taken from who knows what type of cell phone, so things may be off.

Truth. For me, vid + no broken window clears up the flash. Wasn't convinced either way to begin with.

As far as believing the official story (do we even have one yet?)...

that pic going around about him gun-running with the FBI doesn't see too far fetched at the moment.

Honestly, that story is crazy enough to kind of make sense, but I’m holding off on believing any story until more evidence comes to light.

There are plenty of pictures of the guns out

Thanks. Only went back a couple pages and saw a lot of debate still about lower floor flashes, missed your post. First vid really cleared it up for me (not saying that something's not fucky).

4th floor vantage point wouldn't make much sense that far away IMO. Also didn't think the sound matched the constant flashing either in the cab driver's vid. Hard to tell.
 
I should be sleeping, but the "4th-floor shooter" shit is bugging me.

Here's roughly where the strobe was. This is a terrible place to put a shooter. An absolutely horrid angle on the target.



Now here is roughly where the shooter was. Appropriate elevated position for the best view of the entire target area.




So if I'm some "entity" that's planned out all the logistics of this attack, why put one of my assets in a bad position? A more appropriate place would be here, in the south tower of the Tropicana...






Makes the most sense. You have now set up a crossfire, have a chokepoint at the entrance/exit, and have introduced even more confusion.

I'm probably out of line with this post, but it's bugging me that people think there's another shooter in a terrible spot when this seems to have had a lot of planning.

To hide his location as long as possible.
He was an educated person and this was a well planned attack. If he had flash suppressors I wouldn't find it all that surprising.
