Crime rates are based off reported crimes.
It is fact, most ethnic groups or subcultures within society (whites, blacks, illegals, undocumented, yada yada) commit the majority of crimes against those who also fall within the same ethnic or sub group as themselves.
In an ethnic sub group like undocumented immigrants, one could capably argue, crimes are less likely to be reported. Which means, crimes committed by undocumented immigrants against other members of their immediate communities (other undocumented immigrants) have a higher probability of not being reported and recorded. Undocumented immigrants are less likely to report a crime than someone in the country legally due to their fear of alerting authorities. Less reported crimes = lower crime rates and stats.
Kind of disappointed in you folks for missing this point.
