  • He could not fully investigate conspiracy because of insufficient evidence, due to obstruction.
  • He could not charge the President with obstruction, due to DoJ guidelines.
  • He cannot make accusatory statements without the possibility of a court proceeding to dispute the accusation.
  • He could not exonerate the President of obstruction, given the evidence.
Correct.

And to paraphrase; 'If we had confidence Trump did not commit a crime, we would have said so.'

But these facts seem to be very #TRIGGERING to some snowflakes who are perhaps unable to handle the truth. Since DOJ rules state we cannot indict a sitting President, its gonna be reeeeal interesting when he's no longer a sitting puppet.

This whole thing is an example of why the two party system has fucked the US.

Yes you are the on daily. 6 more years too. #maga

What's it like to have another man inside you 24/7 whom you can't stop posting about despite the fact he probably doesn't have any effect on your existence? Have you sought any professional help?

No. it's obvious to everyone here that Donald J. Trump Commander In Chief has YOU triggered 24/7 as you can't stop posting about him. What was your life like before the Donald? I'm just fucking with you because I think it's funny. You take this way to seriously. Donald isn't going anywhere. He most likely is going to be re-elected and isn't going to jail or even close.

canada has multiple parties and it is even more of a clusterfuck. you get into alliances and coalitions . the party who gets the most votes can be outranked by 3 or so parties combining their seats to effectively take power\. in BC we had an election. the liberals won a majority by 1 seat. the ndp was official opposition and greens hold 2 seats . NDP and green combined to overthrow the winning party and now the far left ndp has power but is held hostage by the enviro nuts in the green party. if they lose the green seats they lose power. it is a mess

Mueller said there was insufficient evidence of collusion, but anyone with half a brain knew that from the beginning.

There is obvious evidence of obstruction.
He didn't even say that. There is literally no such Federal legal term as collusion. Trump just made it up to shift the goalpoasts of the debate. The investigation was focused on Russia and whether the Russian government had acted to hack information from political candidates and release them for the purpose of political damage and whether others in the US had aided in that endeavor. A secondary investigation was focused on whether the Russians simultaneously ran social media campaigns to influence the election. A tertiary concern was what if any attempts to obstruct the investigation there were.

Mueller simply said his office was not empowered to bring charges against the President because it broke with longstanding precedent since he was operating within the Department of Justice and that that was a task for Congress. Mueller has only used the term "insufficient evidence" to describe whether the Trump administration engaged in directing or coordinating a broader conspiracy with the Russians, but repeatedly asserts in the report as well as in his statement today that his evidence in no way exonerates the President or others from having committed a crime.

proof of collusion would be Treason. That's the legal term.

There is no winning party if they cant hold confidence of the majority of the members. I guess you dont understand a parliamentary system.

And look how it is working out for us. BC is doing better than it has done in many years. The unemployment rates are at a 50 year low. The budget is balanced. BC politics are actually pretty civil at this point in time, far from a mess. We are coming up on 2 years with the current govt, seems like they are doing a good job for being over half way through your average provincial govt term.

I read that as Trump is doing a great job in BC. You're welcome!
