There is a way to make much more than that....learn skills that are valuable. We literally have more knowledge at our fingertips than at any other time in history, use it.

yes everyone should be a coder that will work. there will always be a need for other types of work that doesn't mean they deserve to be low paid. what many of these low paid jobs actually do is push the burden of pay onto the tax payer, because it forces these workers to seek benefit programs to live. you're paying the extra that these corportations take home in profit. it used to be that someone could do an honest days work for an honest days pay. now in-work poverty is a huge issue.

There are far more skills that you can learn that don't involve coding. I don't know whats so wrong about the idea of pulling oneself up by their bootstraps? I'm basically retarded and I was able to do it.
pulling oneself up by their bootstraps was an idiom started as a mockery of the concept because it's literally impossible to pull onself up by pulling on their own bootstraps. also there are socioeconomic reasons why it isn't possible for everyone, and even if there isn't people without the cognative abilities of yourself deserve a decent living.
I am going to make a video of how to pull yourself up by your boot straps.
It means "hard work pays off."
It means "rely on yourself."

It isn't a literal phrase that implies trying is pointless.

If you think America is doing a good job, then good job Trump. If you think their response has been a chaotic mess, then shot on Trump. Many countries have handled it well and some not so much.
Trump has handled it much better than the Democrats who started out calling his response "racist" because they have zero substance.

Did they go before the press and tell their constituents to harass conservatives wherever they find them? Did they say believe all women without proof? Did they falsely accuse the President nearly every day for 3 years?
Yet they can't put the same effort into alerting their constituents on safety standards?
