If I go to a Waffle House and don't see a huge pile of whiskey-smelling barf on the floor, I thank my lucky stars. Especially if I don't do it myself after finishing my biscuits and gravy with a side of pancakes and large OJ.

Florida has strong stand your ground/self defense laws, but two white guys who pushed it too far come to mind.

The guy outside the convient store who was getting into it with a black chick I think for parking in a handy. The guy was eventually pushed to the ground by the her man, and shot and killed him.

The other is the white guy who got into it with a car full of youths blasting their music in the car next to him. Things escalated and he shot one.

Both got sentenced hard while claiming self defense.

Unless there is something else in this story that we don't know and assume he should be fucked. But given the race reversal, he could easily walk.

I use to be a bouncer Im lucky I didnt get stabbed for asking someone to leave my club and then making them. The white boys I read were there to enforce seating and one died doing his job.

No school allows kids to have knives on campus, so that's strike #1 for this shit stain. Self defense with said banned knife when surrounded at a track meet by kids, teachers, and parents doesn't pass the smell test. Threatening with a knife or slashing with a knife is a whole lot different than the motion it takes to stab someone in the heart. This is murder plain and simple. If rolls were reversed there would be no gofundme, and the arguments being made would be completely different. I would also imagine the parents wouldn't be using a legal fund to buy a new house, but that is just speculation. The fact that the parents are using the legal funds to buy a new house goes to show what pieces of shit they are, and it's easy to see why this kid wasn't raised right. Hopefully the dead kid's family files a wrongful death suit immediately and snatches that new house as partial payment.

I almost....almost find this hard to believe purely for the bad optics, but that would mean there is a semblance of shame within that family and the hustlers attaching themselves to the case.

Can you imagine working your ass off, moving into a nice gated community, and then somebody rents out a house in that community to this family?

HOAs will bust you on everything from having your house the wrong shade of white to planting the wrong type of grass. But they won't stop owners from renting out houses to lowlifes.
