It's more complicated than that. If Obama was in Canada he'd be in the Liberal Party. He would never be in conservative Party.
They're different countries in so many ways you can't do the same things in both. Obama is a liberal though. He wouldn't be NDP that's for sure but he wouldn't be in conservative Party.
