Who failed her? The SCOTUS?

Or 50 years of Democrats not giving a fuck?
Why single out democrats? That the repubs dindu nuffin when they were in power is okay?

Also, would it be that hard to say it's still provisionally law of the land until a specific date or give real signs of forewarning so others can react? Immediately dropping out of something with such consequences is obviously retarded.

The rapist
And everyone responsible for making the abortion illegal, starting with the state of Ohio and including the SCOTUS.

Not the doctor who waited until nothing could be done to try to do something?

so the Democrats for not making abortion legal?

how many times could they have codified a Right To Privacy in the intervening years since 1973?
Imagine if they'd used legislative process to accomplish their goal instead of leveraging an activist judiciary...

the Republicans have been against abortion, it's not their position that abortion should be legal...WTF interest would they have in making RvW the law of the land?

and regarding your 2nd question - our judges don't create laws, saying that RvW is the law of the land for awhile longer would be unconstitutional. SCOTUS creating "law" with RvW is the root cause of this problem...the Dems tried to shortcut the process without building consensus, and then did nothing to make it permanent because they need "single-issue" voters to turn a blind eye to the abject failure of the Party of Two Names in serving the needs of the population. Same thing happens with "guns" and Republicans.

Why didn't the Dems start drafting legislation when the draft opinion was leaked to protect Pfizer?

So basically, the repubs as a whole are not concerned by that little girl's problem, not just the fringe people?
You know what that means:

Step by step. :)

To the rest I knew the answer would be
"that is not how the system works".
Well then change it.

Why didn't the Dems start drafting legislation
I never claimed that step by step ©™ excludes Dems. I have no reason to answer for them.

Fact is there are immediate bad real world consequences to this which I'm sure you recognize. So maybe take it down a notch with ya "wow good job" posts.

Sure, I think the Dems are pretty spineless and could have done more. But surely:
1) That applies to everyone who had the House.
2) Not stopping something bad deserves criticism but isn't anywhere near as bad as actually causing it.

Out of curiosity, how confident are we this story isn't just a fabrication to garner political points?

I haven't done a deep dive, but that posted story can't be verified.

Why are people so invested in what other people do with their bodies? It definitely has nothing to do with growing low class population.

I’ve been mostly silent on all of this, because I don’t have a clam between my legs that’s capable of spitting out a baby. What I find profoundly funny though, is this thread is a bunch of dudes talking about what a lady can and can’t do with their body, and how it’s one sides fault.

All in all, adoption better become super cool among everyone who is happy with Roe v Wade being overturned. Sadly though, everyone knows that won’t happen.
