I'm rocking this cheap chinese kershaw. It does what I need it to do and I don't care a whole lot about it. It was like $20 back when I got it...

I just picked up some Buck Knives. Factory 2nds. Haven't used them yet and never owned Buck before. I believe they are made in USA though? Got a guthook fixed blade, paring knife, and EDC folder:

I have several bucks and love them, what were the blemishes that made them seconds?

I think the newer models shave off the point due to people breaking them, but I've never had that issue. When folded, you can hook the ridge on the top of the blade on the edge of your pocket and open it, single motion.

Only thing that sucks is sharpening.

To be honest I have no idea. The paring knife has a red arrow pointing at the logo, looks like the bottom 0.1mm of the logo got cut off because it's slightly crooked?

I looked over the folder and guthook real good, couldn't find anything wrong. But I got all 3 for less than $100 so I'll take it.

I love how slim the folder is, fits in the pocket real nice and doesn't get in the way.

I set out this morning to buy a new knife, nothing crazy. Was going into it thinking Spyderco. But something cool. Ended up getting a Bugout, haha. There is a reason its so popular. I got kind of a brown color with gold thumb stud. They had one in the Sebenza colors but it was more than I wanted to spend and it was slippery feeling.
