Do they hate ratings? I fast forward most of the current TUF to get to the fight. This concept went south after the HW season IMO. Just a tired lame ass formula.

If I see one more drunk fighter with cabin fever smash a bottle then get held back by his/her housemates. Fuck. It's boring beyond boring these days.

105 is a better division these 4'11"-5'3" women are undersized at 115.
125 is more stacked than 105. However, I've always found 105lb fights to be better than 135, even though there are not as many fighters.

It all makes sense if you consider 115 is the epicenter of WMMA. The only reason 135 and 145 are talked about a lot is because Ronda, Gina Carano and Cyborg made big splashes at those weights early on and they still stick in peoples minds. The depth is really not that great.
Here's my rankings of the WMMA weight classes, from best to worst: 115-->125---->135->105--------------------->145 (and I honestly think that if given a few years of development in the UFC, 105 would be better and more popular than 135)

As soon as I read this what came to mind is the Karate Hottie. After her win over Paige she got a LOT of media and UFC attention. They started to market her, then she signed with WME-IMG Management, obvious now they want to make her a star. Soon after she was Beaten Bad by Rose, an obviously bigger opponent.

Most think the women's 145lb division was made for Cyborg. Is the UFC starting a 105 weight class for IMG-WME's Management signee Michelle Waterson? Her natural Weight Class of 105 where she was Champion in Invicta, Michelle certainly has the skill to fight for and win the belt. Not to mention she's a very cute and marketable fighter.

Didn't Valérie Létourneau just sign with Bellator because the UFC told her they weren't interested in a FLW division?

The communication between the UFC and the fighters is laughably poor.

The UFC just doesn't give a fuck about the fighters. Why waste the energy communicating with them, when you literally couldn't care less what their opinions are. It's take it or leave it with the UFC...always has been.

Great for VS if she gets beat by Nunes. But it's stupid that it's not her vs. JJ for the inaugural 125lb title.

JJ keeps talking about retiring. She's been engaged for a long time I think, and wants to get married and have kids. I'm not saying it's impossible, but also, I'm not sure she would do well against VS based on her last fight with Claudia.

YUP!! Also she got her walking papers a while back. shortly after her loss in Toronto at UFC 206. Who didn't see that coming, with the THREE losses and your gone (unless you're a huge draw, ex Champ and have Dana brown on your nose)?

Always hated the Three and you'r gone for fighters that lost in a Championship fight. Like MANY UFC fighters that lose a fight for the title they are given a top ranked fighter the very next fight and more than often, they lose. Just in the last while think Weidman, RDA, Rory, Hendricks, Holm and of course Valorie, all lost the next fight after a title fight. Then with a third loss on the line fighters go in the cage with a "fighting not to lose" attitude, never a good idea. A Fighter who just faced the top of their division and now fighting for their job it sucks. A Title fight loss should NOT be included if the UFC's Three and gone across the board.

Michelle is happy at 115. She was miserable at 105 and actually lost her belt there because of a terrible weight cut.
Her loss to Rose was from making mistakes and Rose being on fire and capitalizing, not size or strength.

I hope they make 105 soon, but it won't be for Michelle.

Yep. When pitching the company for buyers, Dana and Lorenzo always pointed out the fact the fighters were generic and replaceable and the UFC brand was the valuable part, allowing them to keep payouts low to fighters.

UFC fighters are like Walmart workers. Miserable for the most part, but really with no other place to go. The Billionaire owners a quick to remind them they should be happy to even have a job, as do "fans" who have been brainwashed by the pretty advertising.

Is normal.

If Jessica Andrade loses to Joanna, she will go to 125. Also if Shevchenko loses to Nunes she will go down and I'm guessing she will be the champion there at some point.
