Damn that sucks man. I wasn't aware of that one.

It was at Renzo's first World Jiu Jitsu Expo in Long Beach, CA, 2 or 3 years ago. It was a really cool event, I'm glad I went. I got to meet, and get pictures with, Werum, Babalu, Drysdale, Ed Soares, Almeida, Renzo, and a couple others. I recommend going to anything similar if you get a chance! The UFC's annual Expo in Vegas is awesome, too!

^^^ I would love to, but I live in a city where events like that aren't likely to happen unfortunately. BUT...if I ever get a chance, I will certainly do it. Sounds like an awesome experience.

NICEEEE...i use to wrestle kids from Saint Xavier..are u familiar with that HS? We whoopef em but for KY not known as a power housevfor wrestling they were good..our team was just always loaded..usually top 5 in a classless wrestling state with over 300 competing HS teams...i love all of u mentioned btw lol

Yeah, St X and Trinity are the two dominant High Schools here, because they're Catholic schools that are able to offer athletic scholarships. Therefore, they go out and are able to recruit the best athletes in all of Louisville. One of those two schools usually wins state in football, and both are usually very competitive in wrestling as well.
