The part about the best Arm Bar tech was kind of funny since on one of his podcasts Bravo pretty much blasted her tech and called it sloppy when they were watching some vids of her.....if my memory serves correct. Can't remember what episode though.

the stream i'm watching is from combate and it's awesome-- no carnie corner just fighter interviews. they've even interviewed guys that arent fighting; erick silva, rashad evans and one or two others...

i mean a lot of it's in portuguese, which i don't understand but at least it's not two shiny bald guys who sound like two ADHD kids playing dumptrucks in a playground sandbox.
