How big and strong is Mir, Justin?

His size isn't very big compared to a lot of heavyweights, neither is his strength to be honest. I've trained with both guys. Bigfoot has the BIG advantage in both those.

Mir is an athlete, moves very well, and has great technique. Great grappling defense and offense. Some slick and different moves that set him apart in the big man division.
