I'm PUMPED for my training partner Jared Rosholt tonight! Tough fight... But in training with both guys, Roy on TUF10 (and we fought to a split), and training with Jared... Jared is the tougher and more skilled guy in the training room. We will have to see how that plays out, but Jared is a GREAT dude...
