It's the combination though of not just violent criminals but a non violent capable majority who have the means to hold them liable (which is falling apart). You have more violent populations in other countries and they just let them do what they want and get away with it.

The reason certain races aren't stated in the news is not to try to fool the current public so much it's to eliminate the record from history. If socialism/communism ever overtakes the US it will look spotless. Communism works it's way inch by inch.
