It's my favorite way to cook burgers now. A little seasoning salt that an OG'er makes (you know the one), a little pepper, and some steak seasoning. Throw it on for about an hour. I top it with onion, tomato, and some bbq sauce from that same og'er.

Tried my hand at manicotti last night. We'll, kind of. The ol lady wanted manicotti and I wanted cannelloni. I ended up making manicotti with a semi home made meat and vegetable sauce. Few cans of tomato sauce, can of tomato paste, can of fire roasted diced tomatoes partially drained, can of hot rotel fully drained, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, oregano, salt, pepper, sautéed onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic and red pepper flakes, pound of ground beef and pound of ground salsiccia. And exactly 1.37 metric tons of shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. It was awesome. Pics don't look good, but it was. Lol
