Cheeseburger omelet. I had a burger the other day that I only ate half of, so I tossed the bun, cut up the rest of the burger, and added eggs and cheese. A simple and delicious dinner for tonight :)
I love repurposed food like that. My wife made a ton of spring rolls the other day and there was some meat left over so I made smashed pattie sliders with it. They were so damn good and I was so busy eating them I forgot to take pictures.

I used repurposed food to make those pulled pork sandwiches! I reused a shoulder that a pig had been using as a..well. shoulder.. and repurposed it as a delicious sandwich filler.

Great minds. I did this twice last week left over burgers.

Almost the last of the leftovers ham bone soup.

Boiled ham bones for an hour and a half adding water as needed. Removed the bones and added the rest of the ham, 5 red potatoes, 1 cup rehydrated 9 bean mix, shaved corn from 4 cobbs, carrots, small yellow onion, half a red onion, handful of chives, 5 cloves of garlic, a chunk of shaved ginger, salt, pepper and boiled for 30 min.

Came out great.

Visiting my Aunt and Uncle this weekend. They live out in the desert. They were kind enough to make me my favorite specialty drink:

You could always take pictures after they are processed.

Saw a recipe online that looked decent and I improvised a bit.

Rice, kiebalsa, bacon, peppers, onion, corn with garlic, adobo, chili powder, tomato paste, and some chicken broth and some gosh dang cheddar.

Bacon Cesar salad, chicken cordon blue, fries and home made spring rolls.

My son is taking a cooking class and made sweet cinnamon tortillas with chocolate mousse and a fruit mix topping with raspberries, pears, kiwi, apples and oranges.

I haven't had cordon blue in ages. Also I really can't wait to hopefully pass on my love of cooking to my daughter. Unlike her mother I want her to know how to be in a kitchen.

I can't even explain it.

My first attempt at BBQ pulled pork shoulder sandwiches.

Just a suggestion, add some slaw.

Chopped red cabbage, jullienne some granny smith apples and some jicama, toss with a little bit of cider vinegar, a drop or two of mayo, likewise with sour cream, a pinch of salt, and add some pomegranate seeds at the end.

You're welcome.

Did you get that at your work or did you make it? I’m sure I’ve seen you eat on those same pretty pink plates before and it seems out of character if that’s what you have at home.
Got it at work. I haven't cooked a meal in 5 years. I do have pink plates at home though :)

I’m quoting myself here because I have to say how good those ribs were. Haven’t used bullseye for years (worked a moxies when I was a kid and just had too much) and picked up a bottle of original today, man was it tasty.
