People order meals to impress the other person tend to try to present a certain image of themselves initially because they don't think who they are is very good. Bought some belly pork, going to cook that so it has some nice crackling, with braised mini onions, swiss chard and peas, roasted new potatoes and I'm going to knock up a cider and thyme gravy. I might even eat some of it.

It is carne asada, beans, cheese and salsa on top. I used a flour tortilla since they are bigger and easier to handle without breaking. Simple and delicious.
