Yes, he is top 5 all time.

Here is a feel good story:
John Elway sat down with Peyton prior to this season and said he wanted to restructure his contract from $19m to $12m. Peyton countered the offer and then they settled on $15m. Peyton wanted incentives included to make back the $4m lost, so he had a clause that gave him a $2m bonus if denver won the AFC title, then an additional $2m if they won the super bowl.

He should give the $4m bonus to the Denver defense. Hell, he should give them the salary portion too.

Top 5 regular season, Top 10 All Time.

If I want to make the playoffs, there isn't many better. If it's the 4th quarter in a Super Bowl, I don't want him anywhere near the field. If I'm being honest I'd rather Eli than Peyton.

Peyton was also using, so there's that.

Also the million he got everytime he dropped "drink busweiser" in the post game interviews.

People look at his 2-3 record in superbowls and judge him on that and how bad he was this year.

Ultimately how you perform on the grandest stage is very relevant. Most of the other guys in the GOAT conversation rose to the occasion. To me that's where Peyton eliminates himself from the conversation. For what it's worth he's 2-2 in Super Bowls.

I wouldnt put him on Montana level but i would put him ahead of his brother just for the fact he made it to more.
