The NSAC definitely didn't go to Brazil to test him. Which makes this all the more ridiculous for Wanderlei Silva.

Pardon me if I am wrong on that detail, which made for a REALLY POWERFUL ALL CAPS STATEMENT!

Regardless, he hadn't applied.

And even then the point remains.

Commisions are cops for the UFC, as the military is cops for the federal government.

I know I didn't grow up thinking, "Do I wanna be a fucking promoter?
Or executive athletic chairman?"

If Dana thinks Wanderlei is a cheater why not just release him? This is a shady tactic in itself.

If this happened to everyday workers this would be a news story. Where a company wont let an employee come to work, and they won't fire them so they can work somewhere else. They are holding him hostage for no apparent reason.

the thing is, it was USADA who came to test and both Wand and Cheal never signed the WADA code.
therefore i think the testing was illegal, with the difference that cheal had a license.

Also remember, If Wands test was "illegal" then so was Chaels.

Chael will serve his suspension while still manage to make a living doing what he does. You have to be proactive.

Running from a test, then making YouTube videos about you getting screwed over won't make you any money.

Chael had a license, wand didnt nor did he apply for one.

It's fucking WANDERLEI people. He should not be banned from working for the rest of his life. He is not even a multiple time offender. It was a one time thing. The UFC is evil to hold him to that contract. I don't care what anyone says. The man deserves to take his suspension, pay his fine, and then be able to put money n the table for his family. Many cheaters have been caught multiple times and are allowed to come back. He made a mistake but it was ONCE. Ok?

The fact the UFC is freezing him out from even doing pro wrestling etc.. It's a true shame. Wanderlei is a hero of this sport. The people holding him are corrupt, "performance enhancing" drug taking blowhards. They are not keeping him frozen because it's the right thing to do. They're doing it to be malicious.

Very sad. What a horrible end to an amazing career of a great man and fighter.

Didn't Zuffa block Wand from a well paying autographing and meet and greet recently? I mean, he can't even sign fucking autographs and handshake to make a buck. He's not even fucking fighting. Those contracts are something pretty close to indentured servitude if they're not outright slavery.

I still want Dana to sign my shirt though. He's the by far biggest star UFC has ever produced and I'm simply crazy about that man!
