Megalodon wins with a score of 12-10 and goes through to the semi finals. Well done guys, especially Galt and his magical, flying, teleporting shark that can fight on land

I might need to start moderating these. They're no fun when shit like this happens. Especially the human beating a giant bear and giant crocodile.
For whatever reason, someone felt the need to piss all over the nerdy-silliness of this...not sure what his malfunction is but hopefully, by successfully "asserting" his influence here, he's managed to rectify whatever is bothering him in real life.
Oh well, congratulations to Galt and his shark :)

What would this look like? I thought the whole point of these were nonsensical fun? If I'm mistaken then that's fine but is the idea to simulate actual potential combat scenarios within the broad rule set? If anything I'd suggest a much more specific rule set from the get go as opposed to moderating as these match ups unfold. Totally up to you of course.

I think the point is, that if you can transform your animal or contestant, into a lightning farting, teleporting, bullet proof unicorn, there is no point to this at all. We can talk shit without this GP then. The fun is to stay within the rules or at least try to stretch them a little bit.

Yossarian @Yossarian is correct. These are nonsensical fun but we should at least broadly stay within the agreed boundaries. I definitely see your point because I do want to remain impartial and want people to be free to vote however they like. It's something I'll have to consider because I think most people would feel pissed off if their giant predator lost in a fight to a human.
