Our issue is over saturation rather than schools being closed. We don’t have schools closing, usually opening, but the population is growing.

Here we have a lot of smaller schools closing only to fill up these regional bigger schools, the all in one, one stop shop, for students.

well here's a link about the first 11. If someone shoots from a gas station across the street at a car and it hits a school building , it's a school shooting. I'm not trying to make light of it. I work at schools all day long. one reported is even a pellet gun

That school and another service a large area but it has grown a ton in the past few years, and the type of people have changed.

What I really think happened is when the market went down, investors snapped a lot of stuff in that area up, and turned them into lower cost rentals, so a lot of lower class people moved into those places.
