Stupid semi related fact: I went to school after being struck by lightning, I made it to work on time after getting hit by a truck, but I called in sick to work when I stood in front of a totally virginal golden tee with all new courses that were never played. I've made some good money playing golden tee. Not only from their games, but I used to request Tuesday nights off so I could hustle a group of lawyers as The Boss Bar. It was so easy. The more money they lost, the more they wanted to play for.
