Bottom line, your post is kind of whack, gonig by your logic Rober Horry and Bill Russell are the GOATs
Lebron has to do more for his team than MJ ever did, that is beyond clear
Rodman was not the greatest rebounder ever. He's an incredible rebounder for his size, which was incredibly undersized for the pf position.
Kukoc? Tell me how great he was when Jordan wasn't on his team.
Pippen-his first year in the league, he didn't start. When Michael Jordan lost to the Celtics, Pippen was not a factor.
Don't take my word for it, history lesson-

gtfo with that crap.
You should ask your mom, "mom, when I was in kindergarten, did any teachers ever suggest to you I have issues playing along with others". You might be surprised by her feedback. In my history of seeing your post, whether it's a topic I agree with you on or not, time and time again I see you making the same underhanded insults to others who disagree with you. You're messed up, and don't even bother replying to me because I'm putting you on ignore on this site, just like I did on the other site.
You really should take a long look at yourself and ask, "if I keep butting heads with people online and am getting ignored or are ignoring others, maybe the problem isn't with them".
I agree mostly except for the players of today are far more athletic than Jordan's day. If Lebron was as or more athletic than Jordan, wouldn't the more evolved athletic player be able to dunk from the free throw line such as Jordan did 30 years ago?
Lebron is a monster, but my vote will always be MJ. He was too good in too many areas. If not for the death of his dad and baseball he would've had 8 straight. The players today are for more athletic than in Jordan's day, but they are mostly bitches. They flop and cry every time they are touched. Jordan was a scoring machine despite behind help on the perimeter and knowing that he would get assaulted in the lane.
I do respect the hell out of Lebron. He is a great talent. I think both he and Jordan would be successful no matter what era they played in. Lebron is such an athletic specimen that he could've adapted his game to deal with the contact in the 90's. That can't be said for the bitches on Golden State. Curry is a great shooter, but even in the sissified version of todays games he sometimes disappears when he faces opposition that is physical.
I guess it's a matter of generations. We all think our generation is the best. Kids today will always say Lebron. I will always say Jordan.
Solid post, but ask yourself , would MJ have won a single ring iwth No Pippen? Pippen is the greatest defender of alltime, he could guard anyone from a PG to a Center at an elite level, Bulls won on defense, year in year out they where either 1 or 2 in total defense. MJ was a fine defender, but Pip was an entire level above him on defense, people don't get what a difference it makes having Pippen shoulder such a load.
Plus on offense Pippen was ahead of his time, dude was the point guard on offense half the game. Ron Harper was a shutdown guard during his later career on the Bulls, Harper could defend. Rodman for those last 3 titles was easily greatest rebounder ever.
Then you got Lebron taking a shit team to the finals with Eric Snow as his best player and this year took a team to the finals with one really good player, Kevin Love and crap like JR Smith in the lineup. Yet MJ never could even get to the finals until Pip got there.
You seem to at least grasp basketball, I can't say that for the op, but keep in mind Lebron has way more of a pressure on him.
I agree with you. Lebron has been under pressure since he was 15 and had a franchise on his back since he was 18. He has never been in the news for doing dumb shit or being a criminal. He’s a very solid role model, always says the right things, and makes his team better. Some of the teams he has carried to the finals were laughable. He could’ve grabbed a couple random fans from the stands and got as much help. His career is nothing short of amazing.
You make another great point. Jordan didn’t win without Pippen. I will also add that Pippen didn’t win without him. Both great players individually and very complimentary games for one another. I will admit that i am extremely biased. I probably had more Jordan shit on my walls than any kid in history. I still have some Jordan stuff. There were many players i enjoyed, but no one ever took it to the next level (for me) like Jordan. For that reason i will admit that even if Lebron wins 5 more championships and owns every individual record possible, i will still have a hard time admitting he’s better than Jordan. We never want to see our heroes dethroned.
Jordan is better in every possible dimension, as@D-raw ably demonstrated. To say Lebron had worse teams is misleading because the Bulls bench was total trash for all of MJ's career. They never had more than 4 guys total on the roster who were actually even decent whereas Lebron has had at least 7 or 8 who were mediocre and 1-2 high level players around him.
Lebron has also benefited from the fact that the East has mostly been a dumpster fire for the last decade making his trips to the finals pretty easy compared to Jordan who had to put away teams like the Ewing and Starks Knicks, Shaq and Penny Magic, Bird Celtics, Thomas and Dumars Pistons among others. That said, the West has fielded tougher teams than Jordan faced. Arguably the deepest team he faced in the finals was the Lakers, followed by the Suns. It's hard to imagine any team Lebron was on beating those Lakers and that was Jordan's weakest squad of his finals career. I could see a few of Lebron's teams beating Barkley's Suns though.
Lebron is great, but had the bad fortune of facing GSW, which to me is maybe one of the greatest teams of all time. Phil Jackson likely would have had a plan to close out their outside game in a way that Lebron's parade of so-so coaches wouldn't, but it's hard to say if guys like John Paxson, Steve Kerr, BJ Armstrong or Ron Harper could've implemented it. That's to say nothing of also-rans like Cartwright, Wennington and Longley. Jordan, Pippen, Kukoc and later Rodman were pretty much the options and usually Jordan made that enough to get things done.
Lebron's numbers elsewhere in the stats are a product of his confusion over whether he's playing Point or Power forward when he's supposed to be the SF. Jordan was a pure 2 and was better on defense. Lebron is basically the modern Oscar Robertson, which sounds nice, but didn't always get it done.Sorry you are simply wrong. Lebron is a better rebound, better passer, better shot blocker, and is even average more PPG in the playoffs than MJ did.
I am not even saying Lebron is better, I keep saying they are tied as GOAT, but you saying Jordan is better everywhere is a complete lie
Sorry but Lebron takes a back seat to Jordan, and always will.Sorry you are simply wrong. Lebron is a better rebound, better passer, better shot blocker, and is even average more PPG in the playoffs than MJ did.

Lebron is great but he never captured the world's imagination like MJ.
When MJ made it to the finals, he got the job done every time.
Lebron has been swept TWICE in the finals... wtf!
Well hell, of the 13 seasons Jordan was in the playoffs, Scottie Pippen was there with him for 11 of them, so that's a pretty meaningless statistic.MJ has 0 titles with no Pippen, Lebron can win titles with just about any set of players
Lebron has more of a load than MJ ever did, I am not talking about capturing imagination lol I am talking about who is the best, I got them tied.
