I don't know much about school now obviously but I think home economics should still be part of the curriculum. So many people leave education and can barely heat up ramen. I know my dad was a chef but I think from a nutrition point of view, it's really important to know your way around a kichen.

They need separate schools for boys and girls.

I can't do chop sticks. I'm sure I could learn quite easily but the fact it's a gimmick and not at all practical hinders me. If I was ever stuck on a desert island and all I had as utensils was some chop sticks I'd just use my hands....
