A conservative has their ideology, does their thing, is maybe into the free market, believes in limited government, and may have some opinions on issues like abortion, sexuality, and religion that hew to an earlier era.

An Uncle Tom is a person who goes out of their way to aggressively debunk white supremacy and stans for the white man whenever possible in order to contradict messages that are coming out of black communities themselves about our everyday life and experiences of social phenomena.

For examples of the former category, you can look to Michael Steele, Clarence Thomas, Ben Carson, or even former Black Panther Eldridge Cleaver.

Steele, Thomas and Carson have all been regarded as Uncle Tom's. If Eldridge were around in today's climate, he'd be called one too. Of course so would MLK.

HEALTH: Winfrey’s health giving via their foundation has recently supported places like International Brain Research Foundation.

LOOKING FORWARD: Winfrey has endowed her charitable foundation with nearly $240 million in assets over the last several years. Though most of the money that has flowed out the door so far has gone to support her Leadership Academy in South Africa, it appears as though she is beginning to build a more robust foundation, so chances are we’ll see a more diversified grantmaking portfolio in the next several years.









A lot of that has been in the US... I'm not a fan of her politics but I wouldn't choose to blast her philanthropic efforts either.

As far as I'm aware he was trying to eradicate many different groups of people, Jews being chief among them. That being said, Hitler thought German was a race. So it might behoove us to be a little more discerning than he was in the interest of accuracy.

"Race" is defined by physical characteristics. If you're Jewish, it's because you choose to be Jewish. Nothing about someone as they emerge from their mother makes them inherently Jewish, Muslim, Christian or any other religion.

It isn't both, it's only one. Race is defined as physical characteristics. There are no physical characteristics that would denote someone as being a Jew. This is why after you said "it's both" I asked you to describe what a Jew looks like.
