Your daughter always looks so happy mang, you’re winning.Breakfast for my daughter son and I before dropping him off at school.
sounds funFor breakfast I fried half a can of teryaki-flavored spam w/3 eggs and I threw it into a ramen noodle bowl. I also put some sesame oil in it. kinda gross sounding, but I was hungry.
It's a clever facade she portrays for pictures.Your daughter always looks so happy mang, you’re winning.
basically one of the healthiest and most versatile oil around...olive oil and coconut oil are healthy but break down at much lower heat and lose benefits and even burnI like the onion and pepper suggestion. why the avocado oil? never used it. I live in Alaska and we're a little behind.
I hear that...sounds delicious...sesame taste amazingI think sesame oil pairs better with teriyaki spam. Just my opinion.
Yep, I tend to stick to canola for cooking and evoo for everything else. I'm not about to keep a million oils around.I hear that...sounds delicious...sesame taste amazing
I just have olive coconut and advocado though
I'm crashing on your couch the next time I go see the northern lights. Just so you know...I'll try it. just used a couple sprinkles of sesame oil strictly for taste. Thanks for the info. I love avocados, but it's hard to find good ones at the grocery store in Fairbanks, Ak. Thanks for your service Rambo.
I'm mildly allergic to avacado. I like them, but whenever I eat one i get gut rot and poop like ten minutes later. I've been using grapeseed oil for things I need a high smoke temp on. Any info on that oil sensei?basically one of the healthiest and most versatile oil around...olive oil and coconut oil are healthy but break down at much lower heat and lose benefits and even burn
Advocado Oil has the highest smoke point and is the highest temp oil around...taste great
I have read sesame oil isn't that good for you, but of course it could be propaganda like when coconut oil was not good for you.
worth a try
I downloaded some info on cooking oils recently and was looking into it
info if you care
sesame oil
smoke point = 410 degrees
omega 6 to omega 3 ration = 42:1
Advocado Oil
smoke point = 520 degrees
omega 6 to omega 3 ratio = 12:1
+high in vitamin E
68%omega -9 fatty acids(anti cancer + more)
Ideal omega 6 to omega 3 ratio is 13:1 or something so oils that are too low or two high are not as healthy(allegedly)
you can find charts about oils with a google...very interesting for those who cook their own food
I either do canola and evoo or grapeseed and evooYep, I tend to stick to canola for cooking and evoo for everything else. I'm not about to keep a million oils around.
I'd of minced some garlic and ginger, sweated them in some oil, added them to the bowl along with some finely chopped green onion for that dish.
Minced some ginger?!? Hate speech.Yep, I tend to stick to canola for cooking and evoo for everything else. I'm not about to keep a million oils around.

I haven't used grapeseed yet. I stick with canola because of the high smoke temp and neutral flavor.I either do canola and evoo or grapeseed and evoo
To me they are similar as they both have a high smoke temp and are neutrally flavored. Coconut oil, or ghee, or tallow, to me flavor everything they touch. I think I remember reading somewhere grapeseed was great for cast iron as the fat when heated forms a solid non stick layer on the pan.I haven't used grapeseed yet. I stick with canola because of the high smoke temp and neutral flavor.
I'm glad other people like fried spam. Sliced thinly and fried that shit is a great bacon replacement. Just like fried baloney it's a great with a slice of cheese and mustard in a sandwich. For breakfast I fried half a can of teryaki-flavored spam w/3 eggs and I threw it into a ramen noodle bowl.
