Are any of them ready?
If you think there is fighter in the 135 lb division that is ready to go up against Ronda then go ahead and name her. You can throw all their names in a hat and two times a year you could randomly pick two to fight her and it wouldn't make a difference.
Ronda has already beaten every top contender in the division. They're just trying to find interesting fights at this point. At least they have boxing champions they can throw at her and don't have to resort to the Tweets and Van Duins of the world in order to get her a fight.

Like any pro athlete, I'd encourage a kid to look up to her professional accomplishments. Outside of the cage, not so much.

Although somewhat justified, she's exhibited some pretty poor sportsmanship. She also gets into some subject matter that someone who wants little girls to look up to them should probably steer clear of.
I am fine with chick fights. I feel like if that's what they really wanna do, then fine, and they often steal the show.
But.....
Any grown ass man who is a fanboy of a girl, is, imo, pathetic.
If you put me in a deathmatch with this chick, I guaranfuckingtee I'll rip her throat out, so why would I be gay(no homo) for her?
The ULTIMATE fighting champion should be able to whip my ass in the street, any division.

I thought this was a message board where people could voice opinions and discuss topics. If your ego is so fragile you can't handle someone you don't know presenting a viewpoint you don't like then go to the UG. I find that to be a very strange opinion. I don't get it. I don't care for Rousey in hey interviews at all. But...
They like a fighter with a vag? So they are pathetic?
Do we all need to love only the best fighter? If not, why can't someone like a female fighter that is physically less imposing than her make counterparts?

You're probably finding it strange because you misunderstood my statement.
I'm a fan of many female fighters, wmma, and have advocated it since inception.
The statement was directed at the male who created 10 threads on Ronda Rousey and directed me to the UG, the place I left to get away from this shillness.
The UG has daily threads dedicated to bashing fighters. I make a few threads, 10 according to you out of 613 total posts, in support of a fighter and your whole internet forum world gets turned upside down. Its ridiculous.
Also, the term "shill" is way overused and often incorrectly by people who don't have the knowledge or ability to refute something someone else said. Its akin to being on the debate team and after hearing the other side present an opinion backed up by references and solid proof, you simply call them stupid and rest your case.
I actually think Shill means someone who just doesnt accept the truth and just goes on and on with their case anyway because they feel that strongly about it.
A shill is someone who promotes or pushes an agenda but doesn't disclose they have a vested interest in that agenda.
