I use to work at bpi. That place where pink slime is made. When we use to make the chips for McDonald’s they added ammonia to the batch. Iirc McDonald’s, Taco Bell and another company we would add ammonia to the product. Burger King was the only one we wouldn’t add it to. This was years ago so they might have changed but I doubt that. Can’t make money selling the good stuff to people.

maybe it helps to abolish miscreant bacteria to clean the system......but it does seems sinister....probably not so different from ingesting alcohol from spirit which people indulge in regular habit, or worse, some disgusting low-end vice like meth or other chemical narcotics!

They clean up every 36 hours. Full clean out. Chemicals used for that are pretty harsh. Burn through skin quick. Swabbed and tested for bacteria. All the fat we trim where I work gets sent there. They separate the fat into a tallow and a meat type substance (pink slime). That slime gets sold to McDonald’s and the like. Different companies have different ph balances. So they add different stuff to get to “quality”. Some of the ground beef has that. Seen it get dumped into a vat of hamburger at my work. Sell it to the grocery stores. Unlike alcohol and illicit drugs people can live without those things. People can’t live without eating. Try to steer clear of fast food myself but it’s everywhere. People hooked looking for the next fix.

Exercise is more important.

Any attempt to prove otherwise is futile because it just ain't true.

A man can have a shitty diet, but if he exercises like a crazy person he can still be ripped. Chad Johnson's daily diet of McDonald's burgers is fairly well known, yet he maintains a (no romo) ripped body:

If a man has a perfect diet but lives a lethargic lifestyle he will be skinny but won't have any muscle mass.

It's best to have a balance of the two: a good diet and a healthy workout routine. But if you have to pick one and only one and you want to be a ripped stud, you best get busy on those workouts.
