That's the fun thing about curry houses in England. This place is real nice and all the staff are in fancy uniforms with turbans. The waiter comes over and says

I think that's what was missing from curry houses in the USA. They never got the chance to become local. They still seem like they from India over there. Over here they are 3-4 generations deep now
