Wife cooked for the ufc last night.
Fried pork chops, cauliflower and cheese patties, vegetables and rice.
Had to watch on my phone for a bit.
It was worth the sacrifice.

She made chicken curry today (I taught her how years ago) while I was at the park with the kids.

Sidenote...We are growing a curry plant and hope to dry it to make our own curries like you did above(although I think that is rosemary on top of your curry) tasty times ahead

Good call, just did a quick bit of research
-good for aromatics/potpouri etc...
-Ok for cooking but you have to take it out like a bay leaf...not really edible, bitter and can give tummy ache

TBH, I have rolled it in my hands to smell it a few times and it didn't smell like food curry...kinda assumed it would change as it got more mature...I guess people also like the flowers or something
