Your wife is one of my favorite chefs.
She made chicken curry today (I taught her how years ago) while I was at the park with the kids.
Got home from work and the wife cooked me salmon and asparagus for supper.
that is awesome
helluva tasty looking meal
Sidenote...We are growing a curry plant and hope to dry it to make our own curries like you did above(although I think that is rosemary on top of your curry) tasty times ahead
The salmon looks phenomenal!
I could be mistaken but I don’t think curry plants are edible.
Good call, just did a quick bit of research
-good for aromatics/potpouri etc...
-Ok for cooking but you have to take it out like a bay leaf...not really edible, bitter and can give tummy ache
will pass the info to the lady...she is the huge curry fan here

My sister is Nicaraguan and this is the recipe she gave us..
So, Nicaraguan American?

That's smoked on cherry wood w/pink Himalayan sea salt, garlic, lime & brown sugar.
No. She’s not Jewish.
So your mom married a non Jew Nicaraguan dude who had a prior daughter?
No. My dad adopted the non Jew Nicaraguan daughter of his second child’s mom.
I have two siblings biologically half (father’s children, all different moms), and one not biologically related.
And then me.
You should do some united colours of Benetton commercials.
I know of the brand, but I don’t know anything about their advertising.
