Nope. Now I'm stepping a little bit outside of my area but HIV specifically has a famous receptor called CCR5 that some people carry a mutation and they seem to have HIV resistance naturally. Famously there was a celebrity that had HIV and her husband never called it despite years of unprotected sex. He had that mutation.
Dr. George Pardos mentioned that genetic blocker of the HIV virus on the podcast I posted earlier in thread.
