Forgive me if I’m wrong but wasn’t he pro choice? He definitely didn’t give a fuck about religion. I think his only consistently is shifting his “values” to whatever he thinks his base wants to here.
Also consistency matters when it shows you have an actual convictions and values. It indicates that politics isn’t just a game to you, and that you are actually in politics because of your ideals.
It also helps that you have such a track record of being correct.

Every poll from super Tuesday showed that people's biggest interest is who can beat Trump, Even more than somebody who shares their own opinions.

I'm not trying to defend the guy. But Trump has been banging the drum against China, immigration, etc etc. All of his core issues since the '80s. There's videos of him from the 1980s he sounds like he could have said it yesterday.
Yes I agree with you that he is happy to say whatever he needs to keep the GOP happy. But the core of what he ran on and what people know him for identifying his Trump causes is unchanged.
Just because Bernie's been yelling about socialism for 30 years doesn't seem like a good argument to me is all I'm saying.

Most people are buying all the bottled water and hand sanitizer at Costco bc of corona virus. Most people are sheep and do what their local newspaper or Congressperson tells them to do.
And most congressmen are afraid of losing either their seats or their majority, so they think Biden/a centrist platform is best for 2020.
But none of that makes Biden more electable.

Warren would be a good running mate but if he was going to pick her I would have thought he'd tell her about it before Super Tuesday like Biden did with Buttigieg.
