Fascinating to me how leaving options on the table isn't a logical step in your mind.
Jumping to conclusions isn't how I roll.
1-I do think it may have started in the weapons lab, I also think it may have started in the disgusting mess wet market.
2-It is a discussion board, and that is where I stand on the discussion.
3-I read your post last night in the "theories" thread that the virus was nearly identical to one the Pangolins carry...Please correct me if I am wrong on that theory. Not trying to be in your head, I just thought that you seemed to be pretty convinced that was the origin...Would love to hear your thoughts on it, no judgement here.
Main point is, I respect your and other's thought process to come to whatever conclusions of the origins of this virus. I am not trying to convince you of anything.
Based on everything I've read that it likely started with pangolins at the wet market, but if something new comes along I'm certainly willing to reevaluate my position. In the case of the weapons lab, that was where I initally thought it came from, but after learning more about the virus and how bioweapon labs work, it's increasingly unlikely that's the case.
Shittiest bioweapon ever if it only makes you kinda sick unless you are 70+
