Ok I just read the entire article. Here are my thoughts:
1. There is zero proof that Jon Jones was driving while intoxicated. When he submitted a breathalyzer, he had not been driving his car. For all we know Jon was drinking responsibly.
2. We also have no proof that Jon fired his gun. How many gun owners are there in AZ? I suspect millions. Let's wait to see the results of a ballistics report but as of now Jon is also in the clear on this charge.
3. The no insurance thing is a traffic citation and not a criminal charge. That will be wiped from his driving record when he provides proof of insurance to the clerk of courts office.
4. So far all we've got is an allegation of an open container, but we don't know if Jon was drinking it. We know that Jon was NOT driving when police stopped him, but do we know how many people were with him? It is quite possible that the open container, if there even was one, could have belonged to one of Jon's friends. I'm not sure what the AZ open container law is. In Mississippi for instance an open container is allowed if a passenger is drinking it.
Definitely too early to say anything, but I have a strong feeling that all charges will be dismissed in short order.

jones has 7 decisions in his last 10 fights...and two of the three finishes are over a guy with torn groin from illegal blow and a DQ cause he was roiding again

1: Jones admitted to driving his car before and intended to drive it again
2: They found a spent shell in his car so he fired it at some point and failed to mention that he had a gun in the car
The more I look at this story, the more that it appears to be nonsense.

Jones gonna Jones. I don't think this should have any bearing on his being champ unless those bullets were aimed at someone they shouldn't have been. Still, what a colossal fail.

You must not ever shoot if you dont have a random spent shell rolling around. I probably have them in my truck due to shells getting caught in my clothing after a day at the range.

Its not his responsibility to prove JJ innocent. He is innocent till proven guilty and this seems to be a pretty weak case against him
