You sound like you know what you’re talking about when it comes to this. Can I ask what would happen in this situation? You drink at a bar all night until 2am when you get to your car and know you can’t drive.so you leave the car on for the heat because it’s winter and you’re going to sleep in the passenger seat. You have no money to Uber home and it’s too far to walk. Your phone is dead and everything is closed now. It’s 3am and your fast asleep when a cop sees your car and pulls up. You roll your window down and it smells like alcohol. You explain what’s going on.


Do you get arrested for DUI, sleeping in a car, public intoxication, or what here?
